TIGA-D a Division of PT SARI RAMBUT operates the websites www.tiga-d.com and conducts sales, rentals and service activities both online and directly. By accessing, purchasing or otherwise transacting with TIGA-D, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
TIGA-D reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately when posted on the website.
A. Website Use
1. Users must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of PT. Sari Rambut (TIGA-D) and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable international IP laws.
Press, collaborators, festivals and industry partners are welcome to use the brands and assets for appropriate editorial and promotional purposes, provided that such use:
• does not mislead the public about partnership or endorsement,
• does not discredit PT. Sari Rambut or TIGA-D.
• does not create competing services or infringe commercial rights,
• follows any provided brand usage guidance when applicable.
Any other use including modification of logos or identities, commercial advertising unrelated to TIGA-D, resale, registration of similar domains, or distribution of assets requires written approval from PT Sari Rambut (TIGA-D).
C. Accounts, Passwords & Security
1. Registration is free.
2. Users must provide accurate information during registration.
3. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login data and all activities conducted under their account.
4. TIGA-D may suspend or close accounts, refuse service or delay refunds if fraud or abuse is suspected.
5. Users must notify TIGA-D immediately of unauthorized account access.
D. Purchases & Transactions
- All purchases must be made using official TIGA-D payment channels.
2. Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
3. Delivery timelines vary by region. TIGA-D facilitates communication with couriers but is not liable for delays or damage caused by third-party logistics.
4. Some items may require advance order and Made to Order
5. Unless mutually agreed in writing, purchased items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
6. Credit card and QRIS payments are processed through Xendit as an authorized third-party payment gateway.
E. Pricing
1. If a pricing or information error occurs, TIGA-D may refuse or cancel orders, including paid orders. Incorrectly charged payments will be refunded.
2. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
3. By placing an order, the customer agrees to all applicable costs displayed at checkout, including shipping and taxes.
F. Operating Hours, Overtime, Weekends & Public Holidays
TIGA-D standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 local time, excluding Indonesian public holidays.
G. Product Information
TIGA-D strives to provide accurate product descriptions. However, errors may occur. Customers agree not to hold TIGA-D liable for discrepancies in product details.
H. Promotions
If irregularities, abuse or violations of promotion terms are detected, TIGA-D delay delivery, cancel transactions or revoke promotional benefits.
I. Taxes, Customs & Export
1. Domestic shipments are subject to applicable taxes borne by the customer.
2. International orders are priced excluding VAT and may incur import duties or customs charges payable by the recipient.
3. International orders for services are subject to Indonesian value added tax.
J. Liability
1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIGA-D is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages including loss of profit, business interruption, or delivery delay.
2. TIGA-D is not liable for damage caused by incompatible accessories, lack of maintenance, misuse, unauthorized repair, environmental conditions, force majeure, or manipulation of user devices by third parties.
3. If liability applies, the maximum compensation shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question.

2. To become a distributor of our TIGA-D products and enjoy distributor prices, we would require you to place an initial order with a minimum value of US$500. For subsequent orders, a handling fee of US$100 will apply to orders valued below US$500.
L. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Disputes will first be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, jurisdiction lies with the
District Court of Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.
